Hey class! I think I learned recording on a camera for cooking is what is needed and not a laptop! I will try a different way to do this demo in the future, but for now this is my awesomely bad cooking video! How to make an egg.
There is a full minute where you cannot hear me. This is the gist of what I was saying/asking: do you see how the liquid is taking the shape of the solid pan, what can you observe that is happening to the egg? (gave the answer of the transparent liquid becoming a white solid), I asked if you could hear anything (hahaha, nope!), I was talking about how pockets of gas started to form when the egg started to bubble...and then you heard me come back on thinking you heard me all along! Your assignment for just the basic choice (in the discussion post) - what physical/chemical properties did you see, what physical/chemical reactions did you see? You assignment if you do not want to do any of the mandatory assignments on the choice board - create a video/demo of yourself in the kitchen cooking something/explaining to me where chemistry is found in cooking. If you do not want to do that find pictures online or of yourself and do a picture collage and explain the chemistry through pictures and your written words. This can be done on any online tool like PowerPoint or Prezi or whichever other method you pick. We have a new schedule and we are going to have a Zoom meeting tomorrow morning at 10am! Let me know if you need anything and have a great day!

The physical properties of the egg include the color of the egg and the texture of said egg while the chemical properties of the egg include the temperature of the egg. A physical change of the would be that before it was cooked the egg white was clear and after it was fried the egg was white. Another physical change of cooking the egg would be the texture change. When you first crack open the egg it is gooey and sticky but after you cook it the egg is thicker and the proteins cause it to be less sticky. The chemical changes that the egg experiences when being fried would be the change in temperature. Usually raw eggs are either cold or room temperature but after cooking it the egg is most likely to be pretty hot or at least warm.

A physical change that i saw was when you cracked the egg. The egg shell changes it's appearance. A chemical change that i saw was when you cooked the egg. The proteins in the egg were folded to make the round shape with the egg whites
